I help individuals to become their best version.
I am senior faculty at The Art of Living Foundation founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. From last 8 years I am teaching health, wellness & personal self development programs to corporates, youths , children, teens & adults. Till now I have reached more than 30,000 people through my programs and motivational sessions. Being en expert in dealing with youths while handling team of more than 1000 youths, I have been invited for conducting motivational sessions in various colleges & universities of Gujarat to help channelize the energy in today’s youths.
