Medha yoga

Medha Yoga helps teens enhance their thinking, emotional, and social skills. With the pressures of exams, parents, relationships, sports, and entrance tests, teens need effective coping strategies. This program empowers them physically through simple yogasanas, and mentally and emotionally through cleansing breathing techniques, including Sudarshan Kriya.

Participants learn to make better decisions with the power of Sudarshan Kriya and overcome nervousness and stage fear with simple techniques. Additionally, they develop the ability to share with others and handle problems with a smile instead of a frown.
