need often goes unheard — the need to express.
To speak.
To be understood.
To feel truly listened to.

With this intention, Art of Living Vadodara hosted a one-of-a-kind emotional wellness event titled “Share It… Dil Se”, held on 28–29 March 2025 at Artistry Café, Sevasi–Sindhrot Road. The initiative offered people something rare and deeply needed: a warm cup of coffee, a welcoming environment, and a judgment-free space to share whatever lies heavy or hopeful in the heart.

A Concept Born From Compassion

“Share It… Dil Se” was envisioned and conceptualized by Jitendra Khimlani, whose mission was to create a safe emotional haven for people of all ages.
His idea was simple yet powerful:

Walk in. Sit down. Sip coffee. And speak freely — without judgment, interruption, or the fear of being misunderstood.

Supported by this vision, the event became a living example of how meaningful listening can bring healing, clarity, and comfort to individuals navigating life’s many challenges.

150+ Participants, One Shared Human Need

Over 150 people attended the event across two days, each walking in with a different story, emotion, or struggle. Despite diverse backgrounds, everyone shared one common need —
the need to be heard without being judged.

Participants spoke about:

  • Personal challenges

  • Relationships and family matters

  • Stress, anxiety, and life transitions

  • Work-life pressures

  • Dreams, hopes, and unspoken fears

Many left feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply grateful for the space.

25 Happiness Coaches. 50+ Volunteers. One Purpose.

Under the guidance of Jitendra Khimlani, the event brought together a powerful team of:

  • 25 trained Happiness Coaches

  • 50+ dedicated volunteers

Each coach offered a compassionate presence, attentive listening, and emotional support.
Volunteers ensured a smooth, warm, and welcoming experience for everyone entering the café.

The ambiance was carefully curated to help people feel safe and open — soft music, comfortable seating corners, warm beverages, and peaceful surroundings.

A Space That Became a Sanctuary

What made this event truly special was not the format, but the feeling it created.

People who walked in hesitantly ended up speaking wholeheartedly.
Strangers formed instant connections through shared humanity.
Many expressed that they hadn’t spoken this openly in years.
Some shed tears — of relief, gratitude, or realisation.
Others simply felt lighter after voicing what had been held inside for too long.

“Share It… Dil Se” proved that when people are provided a non-judgmental environment, emotional healing begins naturally.

Voices That Need to Be Heard

The highlight of the event was listening to reflections from the man behind the concept — Jitendra Khimlani.
His guidance shaped the essence of the initiative, reminding everyone that emotional wellbeing is not a luxury — it is a necessity.

His belief is simple yet profound:

“Sometimes, what a person needs most is not advice — but a silent, compassionate listener.”

A Movement, Not Just an Event

While “Share It… Dil Se” was a two-day program, its impact extends far beyond the calendar.

It started conversations that continue today.
It opened hearts that had been closed for long.
It built bonds within the community.
And most importantly, it reminded people that they are not alone.

The overwhelming response has inspired Art of Living Vadodara to explore more such emotional wellness initiatives — creating spaces where people feel held, understood, and valued.

A Heartfelt Thank You

Art of Living Vadodara expresses deep gratitude to:

  • Every participant who opened their heart

  • Every Happiness Coach who listened with compassion

  • Every volunteer who created a warm experience

  • And especially, Jitendra Khimlani, whose vision made this event possible

“Share It… Dil Se” stands as a reminder that when people come together with empathy and presence, healing naturally follows.
